Reis & Co. Property Management is a boutique property management firm serving Sonoma County long-term residential rentals, with broker oversight, transparent reporting and one point of contact for every owner.

Our Services

Full-Service Management — end-to-end management of your rental property, from leasing through day-to-day operations.
Maintenance and Repairs — coordinated maintenance and repairs with same-day response and on-site attention within 48 hours for non-urgent work.
Financial Reporting — transparent, timely financial reporting so you always know where your investment stands.
Compliance and Notices — compliance and legal notices handled on your behalf to keep your property and tenancy in good standing.

Fee Structure

9% of collected rent. 50% lease-up fee, waived if the property is not leased within 30 days. No markup, and no setup, renewal, or inspection fees. A 10% project fee applies to capital work over $5,000.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, Reis & Co. Property Management may send you appointment confirmations, showing reminders, maintenance updates and related follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Call Recording and Transcription

Calls and consultations with Reis & Co. Property Management may be recorded and transcribed using third-party note-taking software in order to capture accurate notes, action items and maintenance requests. California is an all-party consent state, and we obtain consent before recording. If you prefer that a call not be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will turn it off. Recordings and transcripts are used internally to deliver our services and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may request deletion of a recording or transcript by emailing Deanna@reisandco.com.
